Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours, however no cancellations, exchanges, or returns will be accepted once order goes into production. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at propshopandsupplies@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
